Terms of Service

I. Introduction


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) list both your rights and obligations and the rights and obligations of Wazzamba World AG of Chamerstrasse 30, Postfach 4321, CH-6304, Switzerland, (“Wazzamba”) a company registered in Switzerland under registration number CH-170.3.033.609-0.


Wazzamba is also referred to in these Terms as "we", "us" and “our” when referring to Wazzamba and its online trivia quizzes, adventures, mini-games and other skill games now a part of Wazzamba or that may be added in the future (“Games”) and any other services or Web pages and sites (the "Wazzamba Service” or “Service”) provided by Wazzamba.  When you register for the Service on Wazzamba.com (“Website”) and become a member (“Member”) or access the Wazzamba Service or Games by any means, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  We reserve the right to revise the Terms and will do so from time to time. Wazzamba will inform you of revisions. Continued use by you of Wazzamba will be considered full acceptance by you of the revised Terms. In the event that you do not agree with these Terms or any future revised Terms, you must immediately terminate your use of Wazzamba.

II. Registration and Use of the Wazzamba Service

The Wazzamba Service provides its Members with the ability to play the Games and, where permitted by law, to win prizes (“Prizes”).
By registering with us, you confirm that:


(i) You are at least 18 years of age or, if you reside in a country or jurisdiction that has a higher legal age of majority, you are at least of that age;


(ii) You are able to enter into a legally binding agreement with us;


(iii) You will not use the Games or Service while you are located in a state, nation or jurisdiction that does not allow you to play the Games and/or win Prizes.  If you are not certain whether your state, nation or jurisdiction allows this activity, it is your responsibility to check the relevant laws and regulations before you access the Service;


(iv) If you are making a money transaction with us, you certify that you are not using money that does not belong to you, which has been gained from any illegal activity or with a bank account, electronic funds transfer, credit card, debit card or other means of funds transfer using funds that do not legally belong to you;


(v) You will not use the Wazzamba Service for any purpose that is prohibited by law;


(vi) You will not use the Wazzamba Service for any purpose prohibited by these Terms.


In registering for the Service, when required, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself including your age, date of birth, your full name and surname, place of residence and a valid email address. You understand and agree that if you provide inaccurate information to us we may close your registration or restrict access to the Service, at our discretion. You further agree that if you provide us with inaccurate information, we may, at our discretion, invalidate any Prize that you may win while accessing the Service.


You will not share your login details with anyone else. If you do, you accept full responsibility for the consequences of this and agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless from any damage or harm that may result.


Current and former employees, investors, Third Party vendors, licensees and subsidiary companies are allowed to take part in the Service but may not win Prizes.


III. Legal Venues


We may monitor the location from which you access the Service.  We may also use technology or processes to block access from any location in which participation in the Service is or may be unlawful or restricted, as we determine in our sole discretion.


We may require a Member receiving any Prize to provide proof that he or she is eligible to participate.  If we determine that you are not eligible, we may refuse to award the Prize to you and we will not be liable to you for any alternative form of compensation.


Certain states in the United States of America (“USA”) prohibit or restrict if or what prizes can be awarded or the process by which prizes may be awarded.  In regard to Members residing in the United States of America, Wazzamba awards prizes only to Members who reside in one of these US States:

Wazzamba does not award Prizes to residents of the following US States. If you are a resident of one of these US States, you expressly acknowledge that you cannot be awarded any Prize by Wazzamba.

We reserve the right to add or remove countries from this list. If you are not a resident of one of these countries or of one of the US States in which prizes may be awarded, you expressly acknowledge that you cannot be awarded any prize by Wazzamba.


IV. Purchases


The Service includes in-Game currency ("Coins"), which can only be used in the Wazzamba site and has no value outside of Wazzamba nor is it redeemable for any sum of money or for anything of monetary value from Wazzamba at any time unless expressly provided by Wazzamba. Wazzamba may charge fees in real-world money for the right to use Coins or may distribute them without charge. No other person, Member or entity besides Wazzamba has the right to buy or sell Coins and Wazzamba does not recognize any claims that are made outside the Service in regard to alleged sale, gift or trade in anything that has to do with Wazzamba.
 
You agree that Wazzamba has the right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate its Coins as it sees fit in its sole discretion, in any general or specific case, and that Wazzamba will have no liability to you based on its exercise of such right.
 
All prices shown on this Website are subject to change without prior notice. All purchases of virtual currency, virtual items and/or virtual services are final.  Members will not be given refunds in part or whole for purchases made. Members may not sell items for real-world currency. Members may not sell virtual currency for real-world currency.
 
Fees for the use of the Service are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part at any time.  Players may cancel their memberships or subscriptions at any time, but will not be awarded any refund for paid fees in whole or in part.  A cancelled subscription will retain the benefits of the subscription until the end of the billing cycle at which time it will revert to the benefit structure of a “free” subscription.
 
Pricing of subscriptions and virtual currency include VAT, if and when it is payable. Wazzamba will account to VAT authorities in such cases if necessary.

 


V. Rules of Wazzamba Game


The Game is governed by the following rules of play (Rules). You declare that you have read and understood these. If you have any questions on the rules of play, contact us at support@wazzamba.com before playing Game. Note that these Rules can be regularly revised by Wazzamba and it is your responsibility to regularly check the Rules and inform yourself of changes to them.


A Member is limited to winning one prize in any 12 weeks period.


VI. Unauthorized Use and Abuse of the Service or Games


You may not cheat or use unfair methods to play the Games or win a Prize. Using technology, processes, procedures or other methods which allow a Member to use anything other than pure skill in the conduct of a Game is deemed unfair and shall be determined by us in our sole discretion. Such technology, processes, procedures or other methods may include, but are not limited to, the use of special software to assist play; the impersonation of another Member; deliberately losing Games for the purpose of giving or receiving a competitive advantage; deliberately causing a malfunction of a Game, or attempting to deny one or more other Members access to the Services or Games by any means.


The Service is intended to be used for the purposes referred to throughout these Terms.  Accordingly, you must not:
 

  • use the Service for any purpose other than those intended or written in these Terms;
  • use the Service for any commercial purpose without the written permission of Wazzamba;
  • use the Service to gather information and/or data for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (“spam”);
  • harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another player that is unwanted, including, but not limited to, sending unwanted messages or making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage and the like;
  • use the Service to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your association or affiliation with a person or entity;
  • forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any email, chat message or other information transmitted through the Service;
  • remove any proprietary notices from the Wazzamba Service;
  • permit or cause the creation of derivative works, including the translation of the Service into other languages or dialects;
  • use the Service for any purpose not granted in these Terms;
  • use the Service for fraudulent purposes;
  • attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack the Service or any part of the Service
  • attempt to defeat or overcome any encryption technology or security measures implemented by us with respect to any part of the Service and/or data transmitted, processed or stored by us;
  • harvest or collect any information about or regarding other Members, including, but not limited to any personal information;
  • harvest or collect in part or in total the graphics, questions, answers and factoids presented in the Games;
  • transmit or otherwise make available through the Service any intellectual property that infringes any trademark, copyright or other ownership rights of any party;
  • transmit or otherwise make available through the Service software viruses or other malignant software or any other file or program designed to procure passwords or other data in an unauthorized manner or to disrupt or destroy any computer software, hardware or peripheral device;
  • disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other Members of the Games are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to compete in Games or engage in real time exchanges;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Games or servers or networks connected to the Games, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Games;
  • using a known bug or exploit to give yourself an unfair advantage;
  • use the Games to violate any applicable local, state or national and any regulations having the force of law;
  • use the Games to "stalk" or otherwise harass another, and/or;
  • attempt to get a password, account information or other private information from other Wazzamba Service Members in any manner.
     

VII. Suspension and Termination for Breach


When logged into the Service, you are responsible for everything that you do on or through the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service if a Member appears to us to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
 
Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated may not register a new account or attempt to access the Service in any way without Wazzamba’s prior written consent.
 
If your Membership is terminated, no refund will be granted and no online time or other credits will be credited to you or converted to cash or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your Member account or entitlements associated with your Membership, such as Wazzamba Miles, Coins or digital items.


VIII. Activities That Are Prohibited  


You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through the Games. We do not control Content posted on our Website in relation to the Games by third parties, and as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that you may consider offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss, damage or harm of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available in relation to the Games. You are requested to inform Wazzamba of Content that you consider to be offensive, indecent or objectionable by send email to support@wazzamba.com.


IX. Reporting Abuse


If you see anything relating to the Service which appears to infringe these Terms, please contact us by emailing us at support@wazzamba.com .


X. Disclaimer and Release


YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WAZZAMBA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF. WAZZAMBA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE. WAZZAMBA DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND WAZZAMBA WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.


XI. Intellectual Property


All intellectual property in Wazzamba, the Game and the Service are the property of Wazzamba and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and trade secret laws. You may not sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, reverse-engineer, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Service or any part of the Service. Wazzamba reserves all rights that are not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service. 


In the event that you post or place any Content on Website, you agree that you will not place any Content that infringes the copyright or trademark of another and that you will post any copyright or trademark protected Content only if you have the express consent of the copyright or trademark owner. The placing of Content on Website for which you do not have permission can be punished civilly and criminally. A violation could lead to termination of Service by Wazzamba. If you become aware of any violation of this by any person on Website, please report it to support@wazzamba.com .

XII. Limitation of Liability


IN NO EVENT SHALL WAZZAMBA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR WEBSITE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.


YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WAZZAMBA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.


XIII. Data Protection


Wazzamba collects personal information when you register with Wazzamba, when you use Wazzamba services, when you visit Wazzamba pages and when you enter contests. When you register we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, birth date, sex and personal interests. When you register with Wazzamba and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Wazzamba collects information about your interactions with us and with some of our business partners. Wazzamba automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Wazzamba cookie information, and the page you request.

Wazzamba does not collect personal information from persons under 18 years of age or from persons who have not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Wazzamba may combine information about you with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

Wazzamba complies with all applicable data protection laws.

Wazzamba does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

 

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Wazzamba Terms Of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Wazzamba is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Wazzamba will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
     

While accessing Wazzamba's Website and other services, you should be aware that Wazzamba may set and access Wazzamba cookies on your computer and that Wazzamba may use web beacons to access Wazzamba cookies inside and outside our web sites and in connection with Wazzamba products and services.

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers downloaded onto your computer or mobile phone so that it can be recognized at a later time. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and do not harm your system.
When you enter www.wazzamba.com , your computer will automatically be issued with a cookie. Most websites do this to allow the website owners to carry out useful activities such as finding out whether a particular computer has visited the site before. Wazzamba gathers non-personal data regarding visitors to the Wazzamba Website through the use of cookies. The cookies provide non-personal statistical information about visits to pages on the site, the duration of individual page view, paths taken by visitors through the site and other general information. This information is used only for the administration of the Website, in the compilation of statistics to assess the use of the Website and to help us improve our services to our users.
A web beacon is a part of a web page that allows a website to count users who have visited a particular page from a website or to access certain cookies. Unlike cookies, web beacons cannot be disabled, although disabling cookies will render a web beacon substantially ineffective.

You can edit your Wazzamba account information, including your personal data, at any time. In regard to personal data, you may also contact support@wazzamba.com .
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Wazzamba service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Wazzamba account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. In order to stop receiving these communications, you must delete your Wazzamba account. You can cancel your subscription to Wazzamba by going to My Profile/Settings. We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

We use standard technological and procedural measures to protect the information you provide. We urge you to protect your password by not sharing it with anyone else, and to take measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Wazzamba may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Wazzamba account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.


XIV. Code of Conduct and Community Standards


Our goal is to provide a non-threatening, safe environment for you. This Code of Conduct and Community Standard policy apply to all activity undertaken by you on the Website.  Our Community Standards are very simple: Treat each other with respect and without harassment.  These standards are applied and enforced within all areas of Wazzamba and while you are dealing with our staff members.


In any form of communication, perception is a very powerful interpretive tool.  Please be aware of what you say and how you say it. Something said that may seem harmless or fun-worthy for one group of individuals may be highly offensive to others. Think before you say something!  A good rule of thumb to use: Would a reasonable and responsible person consider what I am posting to be inappropriate?


Behaviors that are inappropriate are:


Intolerance
As defined by any individual that marginalizes, belittles, or defames another Member or groups in the Service or outside of the Service. The use of derogatory or demeaning language or images in reference to another Member's race, ethnicity, sex, religion, or sexual orientation is not allowed.


Harassment
Harassment can take many forms. Communicating or behaving in a manner, which is offensively coarse, intimidating or threatening, constitutes unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors, or is otherwise likely to cause annoyance or alarm is defined as Harassment. 


Inappropriate Usernames
Usernames must not be offensive or vulgar. Accounts whose usernames are in violation or are otherwise deemed inappropriate and/or potentially offensive, will be terminated. Members may be invited to register under a new name at our discretion.  
 

Attacking the Person Instead of the Argument
Ad hominem comments or personal attacks towards anyone - staff, Member or a visitor who is likely to view it on the forums - is subject to the message being deleted and action taken against the user, regardless of how pertinent or thoughtful the rest of the message might be.
 

Disclosure/Privacy:
Members are entitled to a fair and reasonable amount of privacy with regard to their Wazzamba experience. Sharing any personal information about a fellow Member without his or her consent - including the sex of the person, religion, age, marital status, race, sexual preference, and real-world location –is a violation.  In order to avoid these concerns, we advise you not to disclose any information you deem private and do not want to be shared. It is ultimately your responsibility to protect your privacy. Please take this seriously.  We strongly urge you not to share personal details unless you are willing to have that information become public knowledge.
 

Unauthorized Access/Forum Security
These actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Accessing, or attempting to access, the accounts of other users;
  • Exploiting, or attempting to exploit, bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes whether they are disclosed or undisclosed;
  • Penetrating, or attempting to penetrate, security measures of Wazzamba's software or hardware, or electronic communications system.

Any violation will be subject to immediate termination of Membership.
 

Attempting to Impersonate Others
Attempting to impersonate any person, including staff members, using forged headers, instant messenger names, similar usernames (i.e. “AngelaP”, Angela P”,  “AngP”, “Angel AP”) in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited and could lead to your Membership being terminated.
Members are responsible for the security of their Wazzamba accounts. We do not allow the sharing of accounts between Members. Sharing your account information (login and password credentials) is grounds for immediate termination of the Service. Members who share their account information with a third party, do so at their own risk.
 

Disturbing the Peace
Every Member has the right to play, explore and meet other Members in a safe and pleasant environment. Disrupting other Members through repeated transmission of undesired advertising content, spamming and any other type of behavior that may be determined by us to adversely affect other Members’ experience, is not allowed.
 

Porn/Sexually Offensive Materials
Do not post or link to pornography or sexually offensive materials. If you are unsure whether what you wish to post may be in violation of this rule, please consult a moderator first before posting in the forum or contact customer services at http://support.wazzamba.com . No full or partial nudity (topless) photos will be allowed and will be deleted.
 

Offensive Images / Shock Sites
You may not post or link to shock sites, or any such excessively obscene material. If you are unsure whether what you wish to post may be in violation of this rule, please consult a moderator first before posting at http://support.wazzamba.com . Blatant violations of this rule will result in a permanent ban of your Membership.


Profanities
You may not use profanity or bypass the software-based word filters. In addition to words included in the filter, sexual remarks and slang may be considered profane when used in certain contexts.
What is considered to be bypassing the software-based word filter? Anything done to avoid the default *'s provided by the filter is considered to be a bypass of the filter. For example, if the word “bubblegum” were in the filter, then all of the following are considered a bypass of the filter and in violation:

Spamming
You may not spam chat in Wazzamba by promoting or advertising any external activities. Spam will be deleted. Repeated offense will result in the deletion of your Membership.  Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Excessive off-topic threads
  • Posting nonsensical messages
  • “Flooding” the forum with similar meaning messages
  • Post-Count farming
  • Outwar-style links
  • Blatant advertising
  • Messages without content
  • Fraudulent activity (Pyramid schemes, chain letters, etc.)
  • Free-____ links (i.e. Free iPods, Free PSP, etc. etc.) 

 

Links to third parties, including third party travel providers
Wazzamba provides hyperlinks via its website to other companies which may or may not be affiliated with Wazzamba. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Wazzamba does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents or your use. We do not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or recommendation of such products or services as a result of their inclusion on Wazzamba. Whilst every care is taken during the process of selection of our worldwide partners – we do not give any undertaking or guarantee that the products and services you receive or purchase from third parties or from companies to whose website we have provided a link, will be of a certain quality or reliability. Any warranties for such sites are expressly disclaimed by Wazzamba.

Any travel or other bookings/purchases/redemptions made as a result of introduction or hyperlinks through the Wazzamba website will be legally and contractually between you and the third party and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party. Advertising
We do not allow spam generated by promotion teams, public-relations campaigns or other traffic-hungry webmasters. Please note that Wazzamba is not the place to advertise your own site or forums or sites unless you specifically have our written permission to do so. If you are part of a gaming site and you want to link it as a relevant part of a discussion, please contact a moderator first at http://support.wazzamba.com  and be honest if it’s your own site.
 

Don’t Give Out Your Password!
We cannot stress enough the importance of not sharing your login details and passwords. Our staff will never ask you for your password and it is your responsibility to protect your details.
 

 

XV. Refund Policy


Subscription fees are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part.  Players may cancel their memberships or subscriptions at any time, but will not be awarded any refund for paid subscription fees in whole or in part.  A cancelled subscription will retain the benefits of the subscription until the end of the billing cycle at which time it will revert to the benefit structure of a “free” subscription. All purchases of Coins, virtual items and/or virtual services are final.  Players will not be given refunds in part or whole for purchases made.

 


XVI. Indemnity


You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of these Terms by you or through any computer that you use to access the Service.


XVII. Assignment


We reserve the right to assign these Terms and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not without our written consent assign your Membership.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time.
