Wazzamba Prize Rules

Eligibility
Each participant must be a legal resident of one of the approved list of states in the United States of America ("USA") or one of the countries in which Wazzamba awards prizes. Certain locations prohibit or restrict if or what prizes can be awarded or the process by which prizes may be awarded. Wazzamba awards Prizes only to Members who reside in approved locations. Please check our Terms of Service for the current list of allowed locations. This list is updated and added to on a regular basis.

All employees of Wazzamba Services ("Sponsor"), all associated agencies and each of their respective affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Contest Entities"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are allowed to participate in the games at Wazzamba.com but are ineligible to receive prizes in the competitions. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the competitions constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

Contest Games - Competitions and Scoring
Each week there is one or more competitions with potentially several prizes. Players compete in the same competition regardless of membership status.

All contests last a week and begin on Monday at 00:00 [GMT-6(CST)] and end at midnight Sunday, Wazzamba Time. Wazzamba Time is synchronized with Time Zone GMT-6(CST).

Each week, each player’s top five (5) game scores will be added together for a total Contest Score. At the end of the prize period, a player’s highest Contest Score will be counted towards competitions.

In competitions with one prize, the player with the highest competition score will win the prize, pending verification that he or she meets all the prize rules requirements, pending verification that he or she meets all the prize rules requirements.

In competitions with multiple prizes, the players with the highest competition scores will win the prizes (in a First Place, Second Place, Third Place, etc. fashion).

Winners
At the end of each contest period, each winner will be notified via email after prize rule verification. Under normal circumstance, prize rule verification will take no longer than seven (7) calendar days; Wazzamba reserves the right to take a longer period for verification if required.

Each winner will be required to contact Wazzamba within one (1) week of notification or forfeit his or her Prize. Winner will have to complete the steps sent to him on his Winning Announcement Email in order to obtain the Travel Prize including submitting a statement on his/her experience playing Wazzamba and providing either a personal photograph or a photograph of something that is personal to the winner, such as a favorite place, a pet, car, or something else that would be appreciated by other members of the Wazzamba community. After conclusion of a trip, Winner agrees to submit a short written summary of his/her experience. Photos and/or video from the trip would be appreciated by all Wazzamba members as well, so please remember to take lots of pictures.

If a winner for a competition is disqualified during the prize rule verification process, the applicable prize will be forfeit. All disqualifications are made at the sole discretion of Wazzamba, based on its Prizes Rules, Terms of Service and/or Code of Conduct.

Restrictions:

Participants must provide accurate registration information prior to the competition period in order to be eligible for that competition period.
Inaccurate customer details, such as false real name or false address, may result in disqualification.
Participants must abide by the Wazzamba Terms of Service and Code of Conduct, or they may be subject to disqualification.
Participants using external software such as bots or other automated software in an attempt to receive an unfair advantage will be disqualified.
Participants using other methods in an attempt to receive an unfair advantage will be disqualified.
Prizes cannot be substituted for cash equivalent.
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner

Game - Take Five
Take Five is a “Wheel of Fortune” type game in which players spin a wheel and win virtual prizes (Gems) and Coupons of $25 in value. Premium members can access a premium version of Take 5 and win $50 Coupons and $100 Vouchers.
Playing the game is absolutely free. Each play is charged 120 Wazzamba Miles which players receive by playing other free games on Wazzamba.

Take Five - Playing the game

The player begins with five spins. The player clicks the SPIN button which causes the wheel to spin and land on a random result. At any time, if the player lands on a “WHAM” the player forfeits all prizes earned thus far in the play, and the game is over.
If the player lands on a prize, the prizes are added into the list of prizes. After landing on a prize, the player may choose to "Cash Out" at which time the player receives all of the prizes in the list of prizes, or the player may choose to SPIN again to continue to try to win more prizes.
If the player reaches the fifth spin, and successfully wins a prize on the fifth spin, the player automatically earns all the prizes in the Prize List and the game is over.

Take Five - Prizes
Players may earn a variety of prizes while playing Take 5:

Virtual Goods (Gems): If a player earns a Gem, the Gem is added to his Gem collection.
Coupons/Vouchers: Players may earn vouchers to a variety of online retailers. When a player wins a gift voucher, the Wazzamba Customer Service team will contact the player using the email address of record for the player. The player will be sent an electronic code via email (where applicable).

Not all cards are redeemable outside of the United States. For non-US based players, please be sure to check with the Customer Service team prior to selection. Once a code or card has been sent to the player, substitutions will not be allowed. For full terms and conditions for the electronic codes or gift cards, please see the individual retailers’ sites.

Winners will be sent an email to the email address associated with their account with further instructions (if any) on how to redeem their prize. All prizes will be sent to the email address associated with the winner’s account.

Take Five - Restrictions:

A player may only receive a maximum of one (1) Voucher in any 24 hour period.
Prizes cannot be substituted for cash equivalent.

Wazzamba Coupons - Terms & Conditions of Use:

Coupons can only be used by the person to whom they were issued and are not transferable.
Are applicable to any product or service featured via Wazzamba with the exception of any existing promotions.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, coupons or promotional offers.
Have no monetary value and serve only to qualify for the applicable Premier Partner discount.
Are valid for a 3 month period from the date of issue.
Coupons are only valid for use with the Premier Partner for whom they were issued
Wazzamba has the right to suspend any coupons that are subject to misuse.
Vouchers with monetary value that are not used in their value are not refundable.

Wazzamba Weekly Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Wazzamba Sweepstakes (individually or collectively, as appropriate, the "Sweepstakes") is offered and open only to participants that meet the requirements above regarding Eligibility. By entering, you agree to these "Official Rules" and that the decisions of Wazzamba are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The sweepstakes period begins at 12:00 AM CST on Monday and ends at 24:00 PM CST on Sunday. Entries for the Sweepstakes will be collected during this period, and the Drawing will be comprised of Sweepstakes entries entered during this period.

3. ENTRY
To enter the Sweepstakes your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (whether now known or hereafter devised or discovered) that may be used by Wazzamba for the purpose of entry tracking.

To enter the Sweepstakes, access the Wazzamba web site at www.wazzamba.com (the "Website") and, if you have not already registered, complete the free registration form for membership by entering the required fields. By becoming a registered member of the Wazzamba service you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the Wazzamba Terms of Service, Prize Rules and Privacy Policy.

Throughout Wazzamba, you will find several different mini games. Upon completing a game, you will receive Miles. In order to properly receive Miles, you must wait for the game to finish, you cannot quit early or use the Browser navigation to exit the game, and (in some game instances, you will be required to use the "Submit Score" button after the game has finished).

In addition to playing games, you may receive Miles for special offers from Wazzamba.

Miles have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent under any circumstances.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing, you must exchange three hundred (300) Miles from your Miles balance.

To exchange your Miles for a Sweepstakes ticket, access the prize page by clicking on the "Prizes" tab and then click "Enter Now" on the Weekly Sweepstakes link.

Each Sweepstakes shows the prize offered, the number of tickets that you have previously submitted for the specific Sweepstakes, as well as a blank field in which you can enter additional tickets available for submission into that specific Sweepstakes. Once you have entered the desired number of entries into the Sweepstakes, click on the "Add Now" button to process those tickets.

The number of Miles which are necessary for you to gain the tickets will be deducted from your Miles total. Once you submit your entry, the Miles used cannot be re-introduced into your Miles total and your entries cannot be withdrawn.

5. DRAWING
All winners for any drawing will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that drawing. Drawings are conducted by Wazzamba whose decisions are final and binding in all respects with respect to the Sweepstakes.

There will be one drawing for the weekly drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received between 12:00 a.m. CST on Monday, and prior to the drawing and 11:59:59 PM CST on Sunday. The drawing will take place on or about 4th day of the week for the previous week. Winners of any drawing will be notified by email within approximately 7 days of the drawing.

Players are only eligible to win one prize per drawing. The drawing will begin with the 1st place (highest value) prize and will continue through the 50th place (lowest value prize). If a participant is chosen multiple times, the participant will receive the highest value prize and will forfeit any other prizes. In this event, a new ticket will be drawn until there are the appropriate number of unique winners.

6. PRIZE/ODDS

Weekly Sweepstakes:
1st Place: $100 Voucher
2nd Place to 17th Place: $50 Coupon
18th Place to 50th Place: $25 Coupon

Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Prizes may be subject to the tax laws applicable to the winner. Winner is responsible for compliance with tax laws applicable to him or her and for paying any taxes due. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted (except as provided herein.) Wazzamba reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if due to prize unavailability. No cash redemptions. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Failure to claim a prize for the Weekly Sweepstakes within 7 days shall result in the forfeiture of the prize.

Where permitted by law, winner agrees to grant to Wazzamba, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control (and confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval.

Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Wazzamba may in its sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Wazzamba, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity.

By accepting a prize a winner agrees that any affidavit and/or releases, and any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Wazzamba electronically, for example but not limited to, by email or by facsimile, and such secured affidavit and/or releases and permission will have the same force and effect as if any of them had been secured in a written document which was physically executed by the winner.
Further, by accepting a prize, each winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Wazzamba and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Wazzamba reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked. The accumulation of Miles generated through robotic, automatic, macro, or like methods is also strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the automated cheat was used in connection with your account. Wazzamba’s determination of whether an account is accumulating Miles generated through automated cheats is in Wazzamba's sole discretion. In order to discourage and deter misconduct in connection with Game play and drawings on Wazzamba, Wazzamba places limits on the total number of Miles players can earn in a given time period.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Wazzamba, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Wazzamba reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date on which any such action is taken or as deemed fair and appropriate by Wazzamba. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at http://www.wazzamba.com

Wazzamba assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Wazzamba is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Wazzamba on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof.

Wazzamba is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture such information, whether caused by web site users, tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Wazzamba is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site.
